The sinner Kansa was wishing to kill Krishna even before the birth of Krishna. He had imprisoned Krishna’s mother Devaki and father Vāsudeva.
When Krishna was born at midnight. All the doorkeepers were in deep sleep. All the door of the prison were automatically opened by lord Vishnu’s Māyā .
Father Vāsudeva took Krishna to Nanda and Yashodhā’s house in Gokul village.
As soon as Kansa got the information that Krishna escaped from the prison. He sent many demons to kill Krishna.
But lord killed them and freed them from sin.

Demons Killed by Krishna And Balrama.
Lord Krishna killed the demons named Putana, Trinavarta, Vatsasura, Bakasur, Aghasur, Dhenukasur, Pralamba, Shankhachud, Arishtasura, Keshi.
Lord Krishna killed more tyrannical Kshatriyas and demons after being the king of Mathurā.
Demoness Putanā : Putanā was the first Demoness sent by Kansa to kill Krishna. She was wandering here and killing newborn babies. She tried to feed krishna her poison smeared breast milk, but krishna sucked her life air and killed her.
Demon Shakatāsura : Mother Yashodhā put Krishna in the shadow underneath a bullock cart, And she got busy with her work. Shakatāsura was watching in hiding. As soon as he took the chance and started moving to kill Krishna. Krishna kicked the cart and killed Shakatāsura.
Trinavarta : One day, Trinavarta appeared as a whirlwind. He was also sent by Kansa to kill Krishna.
He took krishna away from Nanda and Yashodhā. Krishna grasped the demon by his neck tightly that the demon died immediately.
Krishna was in trouble. That’s why they left Gokul village and started living in Vrindavan. There krishna killed powerful Demons Vatsāsura and bakāsura.
Aghāsura : while krishna and his friends were enjoying their picnic. Aghāsura assumed the form of a python. Krishna and his cowherd friends entered within the mouth of this gigantic python. As soon as krishna entered within the Aghāsura’ mouth. Krishna expanded his body to such as extent that the demon suffocated and died.
Dhanukāsur and his associates : When krishna and his cowherd friends wanted to enjoy the sweet fruits of Talavana. Krishna and Balram killed Dhanukāsur and his associates.
Kaliyanāg : Kaliyanāg came to vrindāvan and started living in Yamuna river. The cows and cowherds being thirsty, thay drunk yamunā’s water contaminated Kaliyanāg’ poison. And they fall unconscious.
Krishna brought them back to life by his merciful glance.
Lord Shri Krishna jumped into the depths of the Yamuna and attracted the snake towards himself. When Kaliya came to the surface, he tried to attack Krishna with his hood but Krishna danced on the hood of Kaliya Nag in between those attacks.
On the request of Kaliya’s wives, God forgave him. After getting forgiveness, he left Yamuna
Pralambāsura : Krishna , Balrām and the cowherd boys decided that the winners will ride the losers of the game. Pralambāsura appeared in the form of a cowherd boy. He came in the game against Balarama.
First Balarama defeated him in the game.
When Balarama was riding him. He took Balarama away. And took his real demonic form.
Balram punched him on the head and he died immediately.
Shankhacuda : A demon named Shankhachud was running away after kidnapping the gopis, then Krishna chased him and caught him and punched him on the head.
Aristāsura: Arishtasura’s body was like the huge and powerful bull. Arishtasura came to Vrindavan. All the villagers were terrified of Arishtasura and started running to save their lives. Arishtasura attacked Shri Krishna with his horns , but Shri Krishna caught hold of his horns and broke them and twisted him like a wet cloth and threw him on the ground. He died immediately.
Keshi: Keshi was a demon with the body of a horse but was four times bigger and stronger than a horse. Keshi attacked Krishna with his two front legs but Krishna caught hold of his legs and threw him to the ground and put his hand in his jaws to close his throat.
After that Lord Krishna and Balarama went to Mathura. Thay defeated many mighty people in wrestling including Chanura and Mushtika. And kansa was killed by krishna in wrestling.
After killing Kansa, he freed his parents from the prison. And he also freed Devaki’s father, who was imprisoned by Kansa to get the kingdom.
The people of Mathura became happy with the end of Kansa’s atrocities.
